SELLERS: There are NO SELLER FEES ever hence the listing price is always very attractive for the Buyer. Seller only needs verified documents such as legal photo ID, Title Deed to be submitted to our in-house legal counsel in order to be verified & considered for auction at AHI. We do Non Exclusive Listing Agreements meaning you as the seller may list your property with any other agency  though we imagine our No Seller Fee policy is a no brainer!
